Event
Facilitation
Liaised with executives outside
of the corporation in respect of their contributions to specified
sessions; ensured all participants had full details of the arrangements
for the event; took minutes during all sessions and produced minutes
immediately following the event.
Outcome
The event took place to schedule,
and to budget, with all agenda items covered, and all agreed actions
recorded in a format which the Board then adopted as a new tool
to help monitor and progress issues of strategic importance. All
participants agreed that the event had been valuable, and should
be repeated at least annually.
Case
study update
The event was indeed repeated
nine months later, and Rachel was again commissioned to make all
the arrangements and to facilitate. |
